After qualifying from the prestigious Guy’s, King’s & St. Thomas’ Hospitals 20 years ago, Nimisha had been working in Northampton, Watford, Essex and then settled in Mill Hill. She attained a postgraduate qualification – Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practice early in he career and has also been a mentor for newly qualified dentists.

Dr. Patel strives to offer her patients the best possible care by listening to their concerns and giving them the right options. Together with her team, she tries to offer a calming and relaxing ambience especially for her nervous patients, tries to build long lasting dental relationships and is both passionate and dedicated to helping you achieve your goal .

She went on to further complete the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons England (Dip Rest Dent (RCS Eng)) so as to offer the highest standards in dental practice to her patients resulting in highly aesthetic and functional results. Dr. Patel has also completed further courses and is offers her patients cosmetic straightening of their front teeth, by using clear aligners and is also an accredited Six-Months Smiles, SmilTru and Invisalgn Go Provider. This treatment is for patients who are unhappy with their smiles due to misaligned teeth. She also carries out facial aesthetics for fine lines and facial fillers for lips and nasiolabial areas.

Dr Patel is also now Dental phobia certified .She has been treating patients that are nervous and need a little more time adjusting to the dental environment. She has regular patients that even travel from other countries for their appointments!

She is also skilled at composite bonding and has carried out numerous treatments for patients to improve the appearance of worn and chipped teeth. She is also a full member of the BDA (British Dental Association), the BAPD (British Association of Private Dentistry), RCS (Royal College of Surgeons UK) and (FDPK (UK)) Faculty of General Dental Practitioners UK. When she is not studying or practicing dentistry, Dr. Patel has a passion for photography, DIY and travelling. She also enjoys golf and spending time with her family dog – Romeo the pomeranian !

Winnie graduated from King’s College, London (GKT) in 2004 with numerous awards and commendations throughout her undergraduate training. She went on to secure a coveted vocational foundation position in London in the same year. Since then, she has worked solely in general practice providing both NHS and private dentistry, successfully building up her skills to provide treatment for all the family.

She has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, carefully tailoring treatments such as tooth whitening, veneers and crowns to achieve a bespoke smile. Deeply committed to professional development, Winnie has undertaken numerous courses, learning the most up to date techniques and expanding her training. Having completed year long post graduate courses with world wide renowned clinician, Dr Paul Tipton, Winnie has successfully been awarded both the Certificate of Restorative Dentistry and the Certificate of Practical Restorative Dentistry.

She is married with 2 young children who keep her busy! Winnie enjoys travelling with the family, exploring countries and sampling different cultures. When she gets time to herself, she enjoys reading and still life art work.

Dr. Priyal Shah is a highly experienced dentist with over 25 years of clinical expertise, dedicated to restoring healthy, confident smiles. She has a special interest in the management of tooth wear and complex restorative cases, delivering tailored treatments that enhance both function and aesthetics.

She completed advanced postgraduate training at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in London, earning a master’s degree in Restorative Dental Practice from University College London (UCL). This has enabled her to develop a high level of skill in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Known for her calm and reassuring manner, Dr. Shah focuses on minimally invasive dentistry and personalised treatment planning. She works closely with each patient to achieve natural-looking, long-lasting results while preserving as much of the natural tooth structure as possible.

When not practising dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her two lovely twin daughters, travelling, photography, playing tennis and meditation.

Svetlana Grigorieva has been an important part of our dental team for several years. She is a GDC registered dental nurse and carries out mainly reception duties at the practice. She welcomes all the patients and is able to get your treatment plans and invoices in order for you to claim from your dental insurace as well. In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit at her gym, travelling, gardening and going to opera.

Davida is our friendly and very talented hygienist here at Broadway Dental Studio, Mill Hill. She has been a part of our team for over 20 years. She works hard at encouraging our patients to look after their teeth and gums. Davida helps patients with gum problems and gets their teeth gleaming again with a thorough tooth polishing service. She also carries our Airflow polishing services (these need a longer session so please let reception know if you are booking for this).  If you are concerned about tea / coffee/ smoking staining please call the practice for an appointment with Davida. Her gentle approach is an instant hit with any nervous patient.

Anjali has completed her specialist training at the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital. Her passion lies in promoting oral health and treating patients who are concerned about losing their teeth.Since qualifying as a dentist she has gained a broad range of dental experiences including hospital placements in oral medicine, restorative dentistry and oral surgery as well as general practice. During this time she gained her MFDS qualification.
She is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology and has attended numerous national and international conferences allowing her to continuously further her knowledge in the latest developments in research. She has been with our team for several years taking internal and external referrals from other dentists.

Dr Mehta is also teaching post gradutate dentists at the Eastman Dental Hospital.

Periodontal disease affects the gums and supporting structures of the teeth which can lead to tooth loss. Anjali is committed to providing the highest standard of care and strongly believes in a holistic approach allowing her to help patients reduce the burden of periodontal disease on oral and general health.
In her spare time, Anjali enjoys choreographing and performing Indian dance, listening to music and photography

Dr Franks graduated in Dentistry from University College Hospital London in 1990 (GDC number: 66155) and has practiced as a dentist in the UK and abroad. Stephen has received extensive implant training including a year long certificate course under the International Team for Implantology, a Masters Degree in Dental Implantology at Bristol University and advanced training in guided bone regeneration under Prof. Danny Buser, the world leader in this field, at the University of Bern.

Stephen enjoys teaching. He used to be a restorative clinical teacher at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental School and a clinical teacher for the MSc Programme in Dental Implantology at The University of Central Lancashire. He was recently appointed as an approved training mentor by Straumann.

Stephen excels at complex treatment planning, rebuilding dentitions at an advanced stage of disrepair. He spent eight years at a leading specialist dental centre, looking after patients referred for their complex and challenging dental treatments before focusing his clinical practice on the field of dental implantology, attending several practices as an implantologist.

Stephen has a professional, patient and caring manner and is well liked by both his patients and his colleagues.

All of his treatment protocols are evidence based, following the recommendations and philosophy of the International Team for Implantology. Stephen audits all of his surgical cases and achieves very high success rates.

Dr. Avani Patel graduated from Guys Kings and St ThomasDental Hospital in 2005.

Following sometime in general practice, she took up Senior House Officer posts first at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge and then at Bart’s and The Royal London, gaining experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a further year in Paediatric Dentistry. This culminated in her being awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery.

She further went onto a three-year specialist training pathway in Orthodontics at The Royal London Hospital which included completing a Masters Degree in Orthodontics for which which she received a distinction. She went on to complete her Membership in Orthodontics with the Royal College of Surgeons of England and joined the specialist register for Orthodontics.

Since then, she have worked in high-end orthodontic practices within the Greater London area and as a Clinical Lecturer at Queen Mary College, University of London, School of Medicine and Dentistry.

She is also a member of both the British Orthodontic Society and the European Association of Orthodontists.

At Broadway Dental Studio, I am dedicated to providing a Specialist Orthodontic service to children and adults of all ages, with varying dental complexities. She can offer a full range of orthodontic appliances from traditional metal appliances to more discreet options such as tooth-coloured ceramic appliances, Invisalign and the Incognito lingual appliance.

In her spare time, she loves travelling and has climbed up Mount Kilimanjaro and base camp of Mount Everest! No easy feat! She enjoys reading, going to yoga and keeping fit too!

Beena is our newly qualified dental nurse that has been with the practice since 2013. She started her training with the practice and we are proud of her achievements. Beena’s calm and caring nature puts her in an ideal position to care for our dental patients. She is approachable and always eager to help. Beena enjoys learning and has completed a Diploma in Floristry and a NVQ in Customer Service to help her give our patients better service.

Blerina joined our dental family in 2017 and is a fully qualified GDC registered dental nurse. She enjoys learning new trends and techniques in dentistry and continuously improving her skills to help her patients and assist the dentist as best as she can. She has previous medical experience too and a few years ago completed the advanced dental nursing course as well. Apart from dental nursing, Blerina enjoys reading, cooking, listening to music and play tennis. She has 2 young children that also keep her busy. Additional languages spoken – Albanian

Tatiana graduated from Santa Maria University in Caracas-Venezuela in 2003 after studying General Dentistry for five years and spending two more years doing further studies in Dental Stomatology and Periodontics. Since then she has gained valuable working experience in dental practices in Venezuela, Spain and in the U.K.

Although she enjoys all aspects of dentistry, Tatiana has a particular interest in Periodontics and she is always striving to offer her patients the very best in this field through high quality continuing professional development.

Kerinji first joined our Broadway Dental Studio family as a trainee dental nurse, and through her dedication, skill, and passion for patient care, she has grown into an invaluable member of our team. Before moving to the UK, she spent 14 years in Malaysia working alongside consultant maxillofacial surgeons, gaining extensive experience and assisting in a wide range of complex procedures, including oral cancer treatments.

Her enthusiasm for learning new techniques, paired with her natural ability to reassure even the most nervous patients, makes her a true asset to our practice. Kerinji loves building meaningful relationships with both colleagues and patients, bringing warmth and positivity to every appointment.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys socialising, travelling, and cooking. We are frequently treated to her delicious homemade creations!

Our enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse is always keen to learn more in the field of dentistry and is improving everyday. Alongside she has completed up to BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Business and entrepreneurship at Uxbridge college too.

Anet has a natural ability to relate to patients with her kind and caring nature. She is great with children and with our nervous patients as well. Always with a smile on her face and happy to help and answer your questions!

Shamim joined our dental family in 2024. She is a hardworking and dedicated professional with a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and Child Care. She previously spent five years working in schools as a Teaching Assistant, where she built strong and trusting relationships with both children and team members. She is now embarking on a journey to become a qualified dental nurse. Shamim’s empathetic nature makes her great with nervous patients and children alike. Shamim enjoys spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren!

Elsielia is a dedicated trainee dental nurse who brings a strong commitment to exceptional patient care and a patient-centred approach. Transitioning from a successful career in marketing, Elsielia was drawn to dentistry by her passion for helping others and the opportunity to connect with diverse individuals every day. With her enthusiasm for learning and prior experience in client-focused roles, she contributes to our practice’s high standards of service and growth as a dental nurse. She is always there to welcome patients with a smile and makes everyone feel at ease. In her spare time, she enjoys playing badminton, travelling, and spending time with her friends.

Krisztina’s friendly and caring nature makes her an ideal dental nurse especially for our patients for whom dental care can be a little stressful. Recently she has moved to Kent but still comes up to the practice to nurse on Saturdays.
